Anahuak Youth Soccer Association A nonprofit children's sports organization. It provides group team soccer opportunities to children whose families cannot afford the fees charged by other local programs.

Remapping LA ~ REMAP, UCLA a research project investigating the relationships between tecnology, cultural identity, and and comuntiy empowerment. The objetive is to articulate a framework for "Cultural Civic Computing" and to develop experimental environments and tools enabling "open participative culture" in Los Angeles.
The City Project The mission of The City Project is to achieve equal justice, democracy, and livability by influencing the investment of public resources to achieve results that are equitable, enhance human health and the environment, and promote economic vitality for all communities.

Alianza Members' Projects

Healthy parks, Schools, and Communities Healthy Parks, Schools, and Communities is the work of The City Project working with Remapping L.A., Judy Baca and spark (Social and Public Art Resource Center), the Alianza de los Pueblos del Rio, and others. The project promotes a collective vision for a comprehensive and coherent web of parks, schools, rivers, beaches, forests, and transit to trails that enables human health, a better environment, and economic vitality for all, and reflects the cultural diversity of Los Angeles.
